Authenticity and aliveness come from knowing who we are, what’s true for us, and finding our unique expression in the world. In individual therapy, we’ll acknowledge and rediscover existing resources, and develop those needed now for a full and rich life.

Together, we’ll challenge old, limiting beliefs, and look at how strategies and patterns that might have worked in the past may not be the most appropriate options now. In fact, those patterns might be hampering us, unintentionally disconnecting us from our authentic selves and from feeling connected with people we care about.

Because true and lasting change can occur only if it’s addressed on mind, body, and spirit levels, my approach is integrative. We’ll work collaboratively to foster adaptive change through relational, experiential, and integrative techniques that can open you to the wisdom of your emotions, move you toward adaptive action, and reconnect you to your core self. You’ll find yourself living more fully in the present—with expanded integrity, self-expression, and connection to the people who matter to you.
