Although I am not in-network with any insurance companies, I can, at your request, provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company (if your coverage includes out-of-network benefits). Because the coverage that is offered varies by insurance company and plan, I recommend that you learn the specifics of your policy in advance of your first session.
